Turkish Pizza with Avocado Tzatziki

Ingredients

1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat. Add the beef mince and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up any lumps for 5 minutes or until mince changes colour. Add the Moroccan spice mix, spinach leaves and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes or until spinach wilts. Remove from heat.
2. Place the pide on a large oven tray. Sprinkle evenly with the cheese and spoon the beef mixture over the top. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until heated through.
3. Meanwhile, combine the avocado and tzatziki in a medium bowl.
4. Place the pide on a large serving platter. Top with avocado tatziki and serve immediately.
This pizza is great to share with the family, but you can use small individual Turkish pide as an alternative.
