Lil Commandos- Fitness, Fun, Friendship for littlies

This program provides an affordable recreational activity for children aged 5-10 years old. It is aimed at increasing their level of fitness through fun military style activities while fighting against the childhood obesity epidemic. Lil' Commandos will educate our youth about fitness and the benefits of a healthy lifestyle all whilst they are interacting with children of a similar age, increasing their coordination, confidence, discipline and their ability to socialise. Children will learn about teamwork and it will provide a form of activity for children who don't necessarily enjoy organised sports, athletic activities or simply wish to cross train to further themselves in their existing sports.
